Tiffany Miller Harris, DBM, known as “Nurse Tiff” or “Tiff the Botanical Nurse,” is a devoted wife and mother, Master Herbalist, and wellness educator with almost three decades of nursing experience and a Doctorate in Botanical Medicine. She is also a Certified Menopause and Andropause Management Coach, Dementia Educator, and Trauma-Informed Ministry Specialist.
As the founder of Ismori Naturals, Abundant Life Wellness Magazine, and the Hot, Flashy & Fabulous Menopause Management Summit, Tiffany creates opportunities for education, connection, and informed self-care. Her work brings together nursing experience, botanical knowledge, and compassionate guidance to help people take an active role in their well-being.
A speaker and advocate, Tiffany addresses menopause, healthy aging, herbal safety, and trauma-informed care. Guided by her faith and her commitment to “Healthcare with a Higher Calling,” she empowers individuals, families, and faith communities with practical knowledge and encouragement.
